Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, Studi Associati provides the following information concerning the processing of personal data collected exclusively for the establishment and execution of contractual relationships with you or your Society.
The data controller is Studi Associati, an association of professionals, based in Milan, Via Curtatone 16.
Specific security measures are observed by the Data Controller to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
- Purpose of the treatment
The processing of the aforementioned data is finalized together with the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received, both in judicial and extrajudicial fields. The personal data provided are stories and subsequently processed for the needs connected with the completion of the professional assignment and for the fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them. The processing is carried out exclusively by the data controller or the subjects in charge pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, which operate through paper, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes expressed and, in any case, in order to guarantee security and confidentiality of the data themselves.
