DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO EU REGULATION 679/2016 GDPR FOR CUSTOMERS OF “STUDI ASSOCIATI”.
Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, Studi Associati provides the following information concerning the processing of personal data collected exclusively for the establishment and execution of contractual relationships with you or your Society.
The data controller is Studi Associati, an association of professionals, based in Milan, Via Curtatone 16.
Specific security measures are observed by the Data Controller to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
- Purpose of the treatment
The processing of the aforementioned data is finalized together with the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received, both in judicial and extrajudicial fields. The provision of data is optional. A possible refusal to transmit them, however, prevents the establishment and proper performance of the professional assignment.
- Method of treatment
The personal data provided are stories and subsequently processed for the needs connected with the completion of the professional assignment and for the fulfillment of the legal and contractual obligations deriving from them. The processing is carried out exclusively by the data controller or the subjects in charge pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, which operate through paper, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes expressed and, in any case, in order to guarantee security and confidentiality of the data themselves.

The interested party also has the right to obtain the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the attestation that the above operations have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Finally, the data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection and to the processing of personal data concerning him / her for marketing purposes. For acknowledgment and release of consent the customer authorizes in accordance with GDPR Studi Associati to the processing of common, sensitive and judicial personal data.
